Policy Overview We do not accept full returns for refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final for cash or credit card refunds. However, we are happy to offer exchanges only for eligible items, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility Criteria for Exchanges To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following strict requirements: Unopened & Unused: The product must be completely unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.Original Packaging: The item must be in its original, unopened packaging with all factory seals, tags, and protective wraps intact.Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order confirmation email, or proof of purchase is required to process the exchange.Timeframe: Exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Exclusions Any item that shows signs of use, has been opened, or is not in its original packaging is strictly ineligible for an exchange.
How to Initiate an Exchange Contact Support: Email our customer service team at sales.directtennis1@gmail.com with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.Review & Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with shipping instructions if approved.Shipping the Item: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.Inspection: Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether the exchange has been approved or rejected based on its condition.Processing: If approved, your new selected item will be processed and shipped to you. Any price differences between the original item and the exchanged item will be charged or issued as store credit.
